Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Entry information will only be provided after the Rental Agreement and any Neighborhood Rules are electronically signed.
  • The Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook will provide details such as the location of the trash receptacle.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Minimum age: 25 years to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • This home allows dogs only. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. (See Fees and Payments for pet details.)

Fees and Payments

  • Additional pet rent of $25 per dog per night plus tax applies. (See Policies and Rules for restrictions.)
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling with a week's notice. Includes two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Free parking available. Parking space for up to 5 vehicles.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well-stocked kitchen provided with utensils and cooking basics.
  • Starter set of paper products provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These items are enough for one or two nights.
